
Following the ground-breaking work to establish the Streamlining Programme (see above), the Productive People Team took London Trusts onto the next level. Establishing a culture for continuous improvement and quality improvement across the HR Teams of what was now 32 London NHS Trusts. In 2015/16 alone, Streamlining London and London HR Teams saved the NHS £22.9 million by reducing time to hire by more than two weeks, increased average Core Skills compliance rates over the 85% threshold and saved over 207,700 hours of staff time. Since inception, it is estimated that Streamlining London has overseen improvements worth in excess of £100 million.
