Welcome to your Deep Dive project

Hello and welcome to all of you who are taking part in the Deep Dive process over the next four weeks.

We are very excited to be working in collaboration and look forward to the journey ahead.

The project will start on Wednesday 16th March, where we will visit your Trust for an initial meeting. Following that, we will be working together every Wednesday until a final workshop on Wednesday 6th April.

The meetings will be as follows;

Wednesday 16th March – Initial introductions and one-to-one interviews

Wednesday 23rd March – Afternoon workgroup with recruitment team and stakeholder workgroup

Wednesday 30th March – Business Wargaming exercise

Wednesday 6th April – Final discussions and conclusions

We look forward to working in collaboration with you over the next four weeks.
