Core Skills Work stream

In close partnership with Skills for Health, the programme has overseen a huge increase in the use of elearning, the roll out of highly effective compliance reporting tool (WIRED) and a cultural shift in compliance and ownership of training.  The programme has helped Trusts review which staff, complete which training, the training frequency, the training duration and the method of delivery.  This has resulted in some considerable readjustment, huge time savings and compliance improvements and thereby support Trusts to achieve higher levels of NHS Litigation Authority (NHSLA) compliance with significant associated savings.
